Drive into work this morning was a little scary to say the least. Went sideways twice and only doing 30. As I arrived at work they decided to salt the roads and grit blast my car as they went by.

Does the ESP give any audible or visual warning when it activates as I didnt get any and would have thought it had activated on my journey. My old MINI used to have a red light flash up on the dash to let you know its skid control was active.

There is a light on the dash for ESP it flashes when it's working not that u spend a lot of time looking at the dashboard if u need ESP!

The light on the dash should flash when any of the individual systems are operating, Except ABS which you'll feel through the pedal anyway.

ESP is one of those nice to have but hope you never need systems
