Did any of the vRS fabias come with the option of a heated windscreen? And if not has anyone considered a retrofit??

thought it was Ford that had the patent on this?

Not sure about fabia but it's an

option on the yeti.

Only ever had it on Ford's I have driven, would love to have it on current car but wouldn't buy a Ford purely based on that option.

I had it on my MINI - it was an essential for winter time. The fabia windscreen blower if thats even the word, is hopeless as well :-(

if your blower is rubbish try changing your pollen filter if you havent recently. you would be surprised at the difference it makes. mine is fine no worse than any other car ive owned.

yup, that's one of the major negatives I've found about the Fabia.

My previous car, mk4 Astra, would blast the screen clear in no time.

It's an option on the VW Passat when it has the leather interior selected.

My dad had it on his executive transit van it was bloody brilliant

That's about the same price for an OE heated screen from Skoda for the Superb.

Ricky (the heated windscreen link above) is however a top bloke.
