i wish it was still light , i want to get back on with it now , so will i need to go from underneath for the 4 pin connector ? cheers again D

No, it's sitting in a bracket above the starter motor. It's probably best to remove the battery and battery tray.

nice one , i found the plug and gave it a waggle then unplugged it and plugged it back in and it kicked in :) . im delighted , thanks massivly for the help the forums great and RW you are a star , many many thanks D  :rofl:
