Bank holiday rallycross at lydden hill (kent)

Featured Replies

Yes ladies and gentlemen, it's that time of year again. The dust has been blown off, the engines have been oiled and the new rallycross season is about to start.

Due to the cancellation of Croft earlier this month (which was under 4" of snow) Lydden hill will now play host to the opening round of the 2005 rallycross championship.

This should be a great crowd pleaser with both the BRDA & BTRDA championships been run on the same day, so we can expect 50-60 races in 1 day!!!

The entry list for the day is HERE.

Regarding me, I'm hoping for a really good 2005 season with the backing of MG x-power for my new Rover metro GTI stockhatch. The car has a lot of potential and should be a front runner in the class this year. More details on my website www.hortonracing.co.uk

Hope to see some of you at lydden on monday, and if you do pop along, come down into the pits and introduce yourselves.

simon

Best of luck

Shame I'm working on Monday or I would probably have come along :(

Good luck though! :)

Good luck Si, try and keep it the right way up this year :D
