Bluetooth OBD2 Interface & MK2 Fabia vRS

Featured Replies

Needing a bit of help here guys!

I've seen products like THIS being used with the Torque Pro app on android and I quite fancy getting one to have a look at the data etc. Only problem I have is if this will be compatible with my MK2 Fabia vRS.

I have looked in the online manual for the protocols for my car but can't see to find it, anyone help me out? It does state on the eBay add "ISO15756-4 (CAN-BUS)" which I would hazard a guess would be correct for mine.

Also the add states "Please note: The bluetooth diagnostic and read trouble codes cable required your computer with BLUETOOTH devices.", I don't really fully understand this

Any help would be great guys!

I brought that exact one. It works perfectly with my 11 plate Superb and an 04 daewoo matiz. I see no reson why it wouldnt work with a mk2 fabia, as it says it works with skodas. P.S the paid torque app is amazing, its got every feature you can think of, and quite a lot more...

Thanks for the quick reply mate, I might just give it a punt

Slightly off-topic. Out of curiosity -if you have one of these devices connected to your OBDII port -would it be possible for someone to remotely hack your ECU via Bluetooth/WiFi (You get WiFi ones for iPhone).
