It's pretty easy once you know how.

As you've found out, you need to remove those screws.

After that you need to wedge something inbetween the instrument cluster and surround at the top left / right edges (where it sort of points < and >, if you know what I mean). The top of the surround is actually reasonably soft, so press against it and wedge in. I just used my key!

Once you've got the wedge in there, gently lever it out (kinda like a crowbar I guess) on each side.

Once it is out there are two plugs on the back. I recommend removing the plug on the left first, as it's just a normal thumb clip and pull off.

The plug on the right hand side has a sort of... swing latch affair, which is a bit of a pain. With the left plug out, you should be able to pull the instrument cluster out a bit more giving you better access to the ImpossiPlug.

Easier to explain with pictures, but I hope that makes sense.
