I have an after market head unit fitted in my vRS but the aerial is not connected. I have now bought the connector below but i'm wondering where and how you connect the blue wire for the 12v supply?

SWITCHED LIVE FROM THE HEAD UNIT,

i had one with the booster on it and it made my reception worse in the end i used one with out a booster,

Funny enough, I've just plugged it in without connecting the blue wire and the reception is fine

nice one but i had a straight through one in my box so i used it :thumbup:

That spare wire - usually connects to the blue or blue/white wire in the ISO block. Check your head unit installation instructions (RTFM).
