Caliper difference

Featured Replies

I expect its been asked before but search wont work on my phone, but is the caliper any different on my vrs to the 312mm calipers or isit just the carrier? As iv read on a gti forum that its just the carrier? So am i right in thinking if i bought a set of 312mm carriers and disks i could run the bigger disks? Or shall i just change to better disks and pads? Cheers aaron

pretty sure you need the carriers and calipers on a Fabia vRS, just need the carriers on a Golf/Octavia etc

The golf`s had the same callipers on both the 288 & 312 disc`s so they only need the carriers and discs but the fabia needs the full shabang.

Unless he means if he takes the Golf callipers, then uses the carriers/disks off of a TT, Octavia etc.
