Hello all,

I've only just bought a Felicia 1.3 petrol estate, having had my Peugeot destroy its camshaft despite having the cambelt changed about 3000 miles ago. The garage was talking of a best case fix of £1100-HAPPY NEW YEAR! I wasn't best pleased.

My mother in law owns a Favorit, she has had it for over 10 years and has been as happy as Larry with it. A very good friend of mine bought a Favorit mid summer last year. He has been very chuffed with his too.

So far that's 100% of the people that I know with a Skoda who are pleased with them!

Having looked at the forum, There are certainly a lot of folk here that know a great deal about these cars, and looking through the back pages, it seems that the same things do tend to go wrong.

I look forward to reading more replys, and to "picking your brains" if needs be.
