Its called a hybrid turbo as it has other car components installed into it

For example you can run a saab or bmw compressor wheel and other fancy stuff (beyond me tbh)

Turbo dynamics dont do recon/exchanges for hybrids anymore i dont think. i rang up turbo technics this morning and left a voice message, emailed cr turbos and they are after a part number to get an exact quote.

from reading previous threads, your looking at 500-600 quid if you want your pd150 turned into a hybrid unit.

For not much more you can get one already done

Modified turbos don't seem to be as reliable as brand new hybrid ones.

Previous previous owner of my car had a modified one and ended up with problems. So next owner went for a new hybrid unit and has been fine now for 3 years now (touch wood!)

The hybrid has a larger compressor wheel and 360degree thrust bearing plus probably other turbo techie bits.
