Featured Replies

I changed my standard alloys on my Fabia Sport today to 17'' ones. Bought these on Ebay and had it deliveredv from Germany.

Car fells like it's glued to the ground, Handling is much better as I put brand new Kumho Ecsta KU39 on these today in the morning. Fuel consumption seems the same as these probably weight sligtly less than my 16''. So happy about the look. I might lower the car when my suspension needs changing but for the time being I'm going to leave it as it is..;)

very nice mate

Looks smart - hate the red drums on back - leave them black lol

good job !

Braking should be better too

+1 could do with the plastic side strips colour coded

Spraying these in red was the cheap way to convert my standard brakes to 'Brembo Red' ones...;)

Do you know when I could get these from...?

My problem is that I could actually spend a fortune modyfying this car but my miss's always argues with me that it's a waste of money and it looks nice as it is. It actually took me ages to persuade her and let me buy those wheels...;P

You could just go and get a paint match from Halfords, sand and prime the ones you have. I think people use heat guns to remove them and stick them back on :)

it's telling people "look i've got drum brakes!"

how long do you have to wait before you can drive off buddy? :)

couple of hours at most should be fine :-)

Wheels look the part

I have one of these, as its only the 12 whats the point of any mods apart from wheels,it will still be as slow as a snail. But the car is great and have no intention of changing it for a few years yet

Not sure if any of you will actually believe me but after I changed the alloys on my car the fuel economy has improved by at least 10-15%. On the 20 mile journey I used to get with my old alloys around 52-55mgp, Now after I fitted the new wheels i'm easily getting 58-62mpg driving at 70mph...;)
