I have just bought a columbus from fleebay and I am considering upgrading the firmware as I'm not sure it will have 7 digit postcode which is a must.

It's a 2008 unit i believe.

Any help would be much appreciated

Well £277 and columbus is fitted it came with key code, gps antenna, radio antenna connection and even with surround. I think that's a bargain! Lcd type not led though.

Anyways thanks to vrs Carl for his advice as i managed to update firmware and maps to v8.

One thing can you copy cds to the internal harddrive?

And any cool features or anything I should learn?

In short, no!

Have to have them as MP3 files on an SD card first.
