I know there are a lot of turbo discussions and not to sure if there are polls but i was wondering what would be better to own.

I want to look for around 200-210bhp and 310-330ftlb.

Which would give better power throughout the rev range.

That's a sensible power your looking at there. My pd 130 has a vnt2 hybrid turbo and is making 205bhp 380ftlbs on a cold winters day on jabbsports dyno it then made 191bhp 363ftlbs on a hot summers day at awesome. Been totally reliable too. Fitted at 45k miles now on 119k.

^ are you running a fmic? what clutch? who did the work?

Thanks

I have a fmic fitted myself clutch standard at the minute but probably going to go for helix with smf and not too sure on who to go with on a remap

Yes big FMIC and sach organic clutch. Lots of other bits done as well. Work was done about 6 years ago by Allards in Glouster.

There is next to no difference in price. The 150 will give you extra safety barrier between what you run and the turbo's limit

What's the cost of these turbos? Could be interested in getting one!

I should of added to my op what are the advantages and disadvantages, what's better at one thing than the other.

Im not an expert about turbos but what I know is the bigger the turbo the longer it takes to spool (turbo lag) would this be noticeable between both the hybrids

Iv not noticed any more lag, neither did my mate who ran a hybrid of both. Can't see what the 130 would do better unless it's a bit cheaper?
