Black internals on xenons?

Featured Replies

As above... Has anyone tinted the chrome reflectors on the internals of Xenons?

Have had my lamin-x in the passed and liked it but fancy a change and to do something different...

the only issue I can see that may creep up is tinting the chrome and having no or next to no light from the main beam

Why just stop at black?

Sorry re-read, I wouldn't touch the reflectors, Render the lights near useless!

And heat off the bulbs may well have an adverse effect on the finish!

Hmm not a fan of those, more so for the design though than the black surround...

I dont think it would affect xenons too much as the projector does the work, but i will probably affect the high beam though. My internals are black but not the reflector. Ive seen on mondeo forums that they paint the internals black, think theres some for sale on fleabay too. (ford, not skoda)
