if its cold setting then cold air come out but only at a snails pace even if fans on full, likewise with the hot setting, no matter which setting is selected either auto, econ, hi vents low vents demister all the same just a trickle of air flow but you can hear the fan is blowing good,at a loose end now, removed the pollin filter and still no difference

Sounds like an issue with the flap motor(s) that directs the air, or a blockage/leak somewhere?

ok where would these flaps be located? and or where possibly a leakage?..... i can feel air in the vents but its just not flowing? and i can hear vents changing when i switch from top to bottom, and cold to hot, just no air coming to any vent in the car not 1

right been to garage and they say the flaps are moving and changing directions correctly as they can feel the heat changing from zone to zone, the can hear and see the flaps moving, and the fan motor has correct ampage,,, so they say the trouble lies from the matrix box as theres no pressure coming out after the air tries to go in? i have to remove the whole unit out from behind the dash and have a look to see whats blocking the air flowing through?

does anyone else have an idea on how to remove this unit cheaply as poss, or hopefully not at all, big job! they said at garage it will take a days labour plus parts it needed
