Hi Guys...

I'm looking to replace the Crankcase Breather on My 02 Octavia(ALH)1.9TDi..

I have a diagram here..But I think this is the vRS engine...

Either way,,would anyone know the part number for the Breather?? And any idea of a price.. I think it's number 18 on the pic...

Got to bump this......Any ideas guys??

If its the hose just search it on ebay and it should show up. Go for an uprated silicone one. Much better!

I haven't had a chance to get back to the mechanic yet..But I'm certain that he said it was the "Breather"(Pump?)

I did say it to him about the hose,,but he did say it wasn't the hose....

I'm sure I have seen it described as teh regurgitation valve. in theory the part number should be stamped on it somewhere. Easist way is probably to ring your local dealer or TPS give them the registration and get them to work it out for you.

Yeah....Looks like that is what I'll have to do..
