Before I corrected the 'orientation' dial on mine, driving over manhole covers was enough to make it skip

I tried pulling, pushing and frigging, but it remained firmly locked into position :(

So how do you remove it?

Well, looked at the player yesterday, and was rather confused as it was set to horizontal.

Then I noticed there is actually a control on each side, and that one was set on horizontal

and one on vertical...probably not good for the unit!

I noticed these things as well... Odd degree angles though, but they were set to the same on both sides, so I guess it was correct.

On the standard one? Actually, I didn't look to se what they were on that...
