How we doing mk1'ers.... My mate is buying a mk1 octavia, 05 plate. Has no electric windows or mirrors. Is it possisble to retro fit?

Yes but I imagine it will be a real ballache and expensive.

You'd need:

motors for each door

new interior door handle housings for the passenger doors with the electric window switches built in

new console plate for the drivers door with the four electric window switches built in and switch for disabling the rear windows

possibly a new central convenience unit as I'd assume on a non-electric windows Octavia the CCU is just built to handle door locks and nothing else
