Howdo, currently driving a Honda Civic SE 1800 and just put down a deposit for the new company car today, one Octavia 2.0 TDI CR 170PS to be born and brought over for end of March. Gone for the estate with the optional extra Xenons in Race Blue.

Have now tweeked the order , expecting the car within 2 weeks. My local skoda dealer lent me their demo vrs estate, picked up Friday night, dropped off Sunday afternoon. Had a good read of the instruction manual, and tried to get to grips of what the car was capable of. One thing which I did notice and asked my skoda dealer about was power folding mirrors on the vrs. Shown here;

Must have tried for 10 + minutes locking/unlocking the car. Quick email on Monday and reply was;

" After much discussion with our technical guru we believe it’s not an option on the vrs. This obviously contradicts the web page you sent me. We think we are correct and the internet is wrong. However just to confirm the changes have been made to your order. Colour change to anthracite grey instead of race blue and rear parking sensors have been added."

Did manage to get sunset glass thrown in as well!! All in all, very very happy with the service provided and cannot wait for pickup!

Electric folding mirrors are not on the vRS. Hope you enjoy your car, have had mine for 7 weeks and I love it.
