Black front grille on Superb Laurin & Klement

Featured Replies

The chrome radiator grille on Superb Laurin & Klement will be replaced with a standard black radiator grille on cars built from week six 2012 (week commencing 6 February).

Do you have any idea why?

And also,do you know the code number for the chrome grille? Thanks.

New design.

Perhaps now that Skoda have relented on the chrome grill they may also rethink the obscure colour and the even worse wheels!! Love the spec though.

I'm glad I was not the 1st one to think that :giggle:

I agree...the spscification is great but that colour......and the brown leather!

As Laurin & Klement were bicycle manufacturers I suppose it's supposed to be reminiscent of a well used bike saddle.

Maybe someone told them the chrome one looks so bad, and as already said lets hope they drop the wheels and then the brown dashboard & steering wheel, then the seats. We now got us an Elegance :giggle:

There are rumours that the chrome grill is EOL.
