Featured Replies

Hi

I have skoda superb Mk i! had it for a couple of years !been ok

But today when i used indicator ,flashers came on as usual but flasher unit

Noise continued even after it had self cancelled,

Even had same noise when just dring along road not even using flashers !

Did this off and on for 10 - 15mins then seems to be back to normal

Any Ideas what it could have been ?

Could be a faulty flasher relay.

Or sticky contact on indicator stalk

Normally this is when a bulb goes, is it on both sides?

John

Dodgy earth done this to me in my Octavia.

Vag-com picks up a lot of faulty connections. Not sure if it does this though.

Try some electrical contact cleaner sprayed into the base of the stalk and work it in.
