Featured Replies

Hi all, Finally have a few spare pennies to get my car upto scratch! The one thing im looking for which isnt needed, just wanted as its a pain is a new boot switch as mine only opens on the key. Searched absolutely everywhere and cant find a place that sells them. Would anyone know what the part number is? Otherwise il have to go to a scrappy. Thanks

I thought mine needed a new one as it also stopped working, but it turns out that one of the cables had come off. A bit of solder and it's good as new :)

This is the switch that had broken

I thought it may have been that, but unfortunatly the wires were fine... the actual switch is dead on mine :( Damn these little niggles! :giggle:

Before I soldered it back up I did check with my local dealer, and it was about £35 IIRC

That was the whole assembly and not just the switch as they don't sell it as a separate item.
