No realistic alternative to a Yeti?

Featured Replies

I had a SX4 prior to the Yeti and cant really fault the car apart from rather cheap looking plastic trim and I found the seat cloth was getting a little thin in places after 3 years of fairly light use. All in all it wasn't an expensive car to buy and I thought it was good value for money. The Yeti is in a different league but so was the price! :)

No Mitsubishi ASX in UK?

Not as good to drive as Yeti, but in the same segment. Next year (?) you get it Peugeot or Citroen badged.

We do have the (ugly) ASX here yes but they are much, much smaller in my book than the Yeti. And Ugly. Sorry did I say that? LOL That grafted on Audi grille that slants FORWARDS at an angle and the hyena-esque hind quarters?!!? Awful (looking) device.

As to the new ASX based Pug and Citroën alas we will apparently only be getting the hideously ugly and overstyled Citroën version and the gorgeous looking Peugeot (maybe even the best looking Pug in decades?!) will be denied our shores............... Urgh........

But back to the OP's real question: he wants a spacious car with an automatic transmision with a fuel efficient petrol engine. There is alas only one answer to that equasion: Yeti 1,2 DSG! :giggle:
