i'm now left with not knowing how to go about actually fitting them and being a complete and utter noob when it comes to electrics, i don't want to risk blowing myself and/or the car up!!

Is there anyone that would be able to help me or can point me in the right direction to how i can get these fitted at minimal cost if possible please??

Been wanting to do this for ages myself, how did you route the cable from one point to the other? Did you have to remove the headlining?

No, you can pull the door seals off from the top and get the wiring to run to them that way. With the middle bit between the front and back doors, you can poke the wire though with a steady hand. For the front from the interior light just remove the sun visors.
