When I bought my Octavia VRS the previous owner's ex had vandalised both doors so they needed replacing (cheaper then filling/spraying)

I have sourced 2 doors, swapped all the internals around and have even got them to shut and lock.

However, they are not quite lined up properly. The rear is slightly too far in at the the top and doesnt close easily, and the front has dropped a little meaning it has to be lifted to close (although once closed he alignment is pretty much spot on).

Anyone have any advice on how to get the doors lined up properly?
