Fabia Paris Concept

Featured Replies

You know this concept fabia that kinda went on to become the vRS?

Link to a big picture.. site won't let me put an image link on here.

... I've only just noticed that the arches have been blended into the little sill to make it look more like a skirt.. Am I the only one that hadn't clocked this?

It's a photoshop, but look at the bottom of the doors, it's all different anyhow.

It's a photoshop,

Really?

"Skoda Fabia Paris Concept

Skoda Fabia Paris Concept was first shown at the Paris Motor Show and was intended to combine the pleasure of driving a sports car with the practicality of an estate car. It is based on the Skoda Fabia Combi and fitted with 17" alloy wheels, spoilers and slightly wider body. On the inside the car has been given a sporty modern set of dials and aluminum finish of the central console and tunnel. "

Admittedly I can't find any pictures of it insitu there - perhaps Skoda just displayed pictures! :D

It just seems odd how the wheel are identical to the 15" sport wheels but sized up, also look bigger than 17" I'd say.

I like the round vents above the radio. Could make a nice three dial/gauge holder!

That interior is lush..... :p

Yes - but those are the same pictures that every other site I can find uses. Can anyone find any other pictures showing the real car.

Ross, maybe this was made before those alloys became a production reality? And the 15" version was stylistically based on these prototypes?

I'm not suggesting for a second those panels are actually formed like that.. it'll be some creative filler for sure.. But still looks nice for such a little detail change. Makes the sill look completely different, allot more purposeful.

JulieD, I meant like the maaahooooosive one, ;) It always comes up small, netcarshow down size it somehow.
