Skoda Fabia vRS interior upgrade anybody?

Featured Replies

I am wondering if anybody of you have 'pimped up' your interior of the vRS? I am considering to buy the car here in Thailand, but having a bit of a hard time with the in my opinion rather 'dull' looking interior....

any help in this direction would be much appreciated.

thanks

This is actually one off the worst parts with the Fabia vRS.

There is practically no difference to a "standard" Fabia but there is always some things you can do.

This is how I "pimped" my interior, Green leds in the roof with green plastic around the stereo and the airvents (center airvent is not done yet, but it will be done in the future).

It's not much, but a "splash" do lift the interior abit :)!

The flash is fooling the eye, the green on the airvent further away is closer to the real green.

Lol Confide. That's mad. Is it glow in the dark?

If you added some more colour then it could look better.

I'm in the process of giving a better look to my interior.

I think a good way to start is to paint the air vents and further the door handles.

I'm also aiming to do the pod of the speedometer and rings.

Here are some pics of another Fabia that the owner did a great job in my opinion. Not sure though if I would be able to do the top of the dash like he has but it is a very nice touch.

Also I'm attaching pics of the Chinese Fabia. Maybe you could get those and do your mod faster and easier?

I wouldn't do the top, sun reflecting in the mirror will be annoying as hell.

My old Mazda had a "shiny" interior (hope you understand what I mean) and it was a nightmare to drive on sunny days!

Otherwise, I'm going down the "same" track. Details in black, and green GREEN GREEEEEEEEEEEN! x)

What do they use to do those black details on the trim pieces? I wouldn't mind doing that. Hard to do?

Primer + ordinary paint is what I used, pretty sure they did the same aswell as metallic / glossy paint :).

GREEN!!! You must be joking!!! Ha ha ha :giggle: :giggle: :giggle: :giggle:

I'm feeling the green ;)

Bit OTT maybe? Nahh.

Those gloss black vents and door pulls/handles on the Chinese Fabia are very nice. Wonder if it's possible to get hold of some?.

My bst mate is going to paint mine at his work :)

I quite like the dash top in gloss black... hmm tempting!

Theres a very valid reason for having a non reflective matt dash

Yeah, I have sunglasses so its all good

You could also chrome strip along the dash board, colour the cubicle. colout the a pillars. The chrome strip is easy to do and looks oem.

I've chrome stripped mine and people don't believe me that it's not standard.
