I have a 1.9 TDI Ambiente Octy II.

Black/grey cloth seats which seem to react very badly to water hence staining on all seats - I tried cleaning with Halfords upholstery cleaner & this just seemed to make things worse; the stains look bad & pretty embarrassing position wise!

Has anyone had similar problems & can offer any solutions?

vanish oxi-action spray in a pink bottle, 6 quid a bottle but worth it for the result you get!

Go onto eBay and search for Autosmart brisk.

Its a dry foam & lifts any stains of interiors. Brilliant stuff

I use carpet spot cleaner on mine - a bt like a dry cleaning fluid in a spray gun but works a treat
