Is the 20k mile 2nd service really £201..........

.....for a 1.9 TDi Sport? :(

PLUS another £40-£50 for the recommended brake fluid change :( :(

I paid £245 for 20,000 service including brake fluid change on my Roomster 1.9tdi.

Why do you bother servicing your car at the main dealer...Probably for stamps only. I serviced my car at the main once and that was the last time they saw me even that I paid for the Oil and Oil Filter Change £99.00. Since then I serviced my car twice at independant garage and saved lots of pennies and was really pleased with the work done. I had a full service recently @ 62,000 miles (oil, all filters, ECU check etc) with the full car health check and paid only £80.00 inc. parts, this service, unfortunately was done in different country while I was on Holiday...

Ensure you still use genuine parts and fluids as your warrenty wil be void... Dealers do check ;)

My warranty exipred in February 2011 so nothing to void, and I always use the genuine parts and high quality fluids...:)
