Rear Seat Removal Guide?

Dead easy - the seat bases flip up then push the metal rods inwards and slide out.

The rear back bits, lower them pushing in the clip near the headrests. Using a flat blade screwdriver flip the holding point bit near the seat belt base and slide up and out. Done it a million times in the MK1 vRS - same in this car

By they way the front seat is a lot of weight. More than the others. At the track day I removed them all plus the spare tyre and for a few days I was driving around town without them. Having all that weight out is sooo good ;) One thing I noticed straight away, the noise in the cabin was quite elevated - all those seats really soundproof.
