Hi guys I know this has probably been asked a million times but as I'm on my phone I don't know how to search, what is better coilovers or springs? And do polo or Ibiza ones fit? Thanks in advance for any help

It'll depend what your budget is and also how many miles your dampers have covered and also how low you want to go.

Coilovers, well worth the investment mate. Plus they are adjustable so u can choose if u want to go any lower or higher as you use them, absolute no brainier in my eyes

Iv noticed a lot of people are running on jom coilovers I have a budget of about 250 could push to about 300 tho but what affect will it have on the ride as I don't want to be rattled to death lol

For your budget I'd say go with the JOM coilovers or maybe something like the AP springs and shocks.
