I'm thinking of upgrading my brakes to either the 312mm setup everyone gets or a Bembo 2pot caliper system.

What else would be required for this 312mm setup?

As for a Brembo setup what is required and what should I look out for? Ideally I'd like the calipers red to match what the special edition comes with.

Also I run standard 17" Spiders. Would i need spacers?

That setup is all you need Brembos need 15mm spacers to clear the wheels.

That kit is all you need for 312mm brakes, Brembos are four pots not two and yes you need spacers if going to four pots.

then bought pads and discs seperate (pagid)

Does the ebay setup I've linked include the carriers for a fabia or would I need to purchase different ones? Also would braided hoses be recommended?

Every thing you need is there, Short of brake fluid and new copper crush washers, Your existing hoses will do the job just fine!
