That's what they'll say in the Coronary Care ward when he turns up there as an early entrant. I'd say idiot. Anybody doing that amount of sitting down under stress is going to get circulatory and heart problems early. Its a cautionary tale, not something to emulate.

Well I sit in a car probably for 7 hours a day as part of my job. It has to be done.

I drive up to 10 hours a day too. :sweat: Slightly off topic, Unit 18`s "super van" (vauxhall corsa combo) has done nearly 500,000 miles on original engine and box iirc :rock: Still made decent power on last years RR day lol
