Hi guys,

I'm replacing the 'o' rings on the oil supply pipe for the turbo on my tdi tomorrow and was hoping someone could give me the torque figure for tightening the banto bolt please??

I've checked the Haynes manual but can only seem to find the figures for the return pipe not the supply.

Nevermind found it myself...again.

For members future reference and the search function:

Turbo oil supply pipe banjo bolt torque setting: 20NM

Unfortunately it seems the actual pipe may be cracked as the oil has stopped leaking from the 'o' rings now they've been replaced but appears to be seeping down from the curve in the pipe....more new parts! :(
