Anyone?

I've lost word too! It is still there as it is my text editor for outlook and I can right click and create a new document but it isn't in the start menu or program list!!

Sounds like a virus to me!

dont think its a virus, i deleted it by acident.oops lol

Will it not just redownload???

no, it says I already have it

It'll be looking in the registry to decide if it's installed. You can either fire up regedit and go through and delete all references to it (risky and time consuming) or download something like ZapMessenger -> http://zapmessenger.en.softonic.com/ and give that a go. Once done, reinstall MSN.

Alternatively, if the files are all still in C:\Program Files, you can just create shortcuts to them and drag them to your Start Menu -> Programs.

For Word, you should be able to repair the installation via add/remove programs (select MS Office), and for Messenger, as it is part of Live!, just download the Live Stub installer and run that through again.
