Believe they're just the bushes for the rear of the front with bones. This is a pair.

As far as I know there are no other bushes on the wish bone that can be upgraded.

If you Google it there will be plenty of threads.

what are these? what are they for?

They replace the voided bushes in the front wishebones. Fitted to the Ibiza Cupra as standard but everyone else makes this upgrade. Makes steering more precise, feel tighter etc. Will be plenty of topics in the Fabia 1 section.
