I'm selling my BBS CO Winter Wheels complete with Michelin Pilot Alpin Snow tyres. The tyres are just above the wear indictators and the wheels are slightly curbed hence why I only use them in winter and the price. See attached image.

I'm assuming your Superb is a Mk1 from reading PD130? In which case they will be fine. I had 16" winter wheels on my B7 A4 (same platform as the Superb) and they were ET50

They are listed as 5 x 112 pcd whereas your Octy 1 will be 5 x 100 i.e. not compatible unless you use conversion spacers.

Tyres as fitted are 225/45 17 (if you look at the photo closely).

The adapters are about £100 so unless you would consider taking £70 im afraid its a bit of a rich option for me sorry
