Skoda Tuning Division (std)

Featured Replies

As more and more people have the Jabba magic worked on their Octavia and Fabias, I was wondering if they (or another tuner) could set up a formal tuning arm called 'Skoda Tuning Division' and market a range of kit like Prodrive do for Subaru ?

This would obviously need to be abbreviated to STD and in that way you could tell everyone from your insurer to the last BMW driver who asked you how come you were faster that your car was just a std Skoda :D

Copyright Fabreza Enterprises :)

Do you want to ring up an insurance company and say you've picked up a STD then? :D

 ... guess they might feel sorry for you and reduce the premium tho :D

On the initial point, it doesn't seem as though Skoda themselves want to push into this arae themselves so there must be an opportunity there for someone else.

Would be nice to have one company (Jabba?) who could do the works on a skoda... :)

Fab,

a good idea but one I definately don't think will happen (well not with that acronym anyway;) ).

With that in mind how about choosing a different name?

Skoda Performance

Skoda Technica International :D

Skoda Racing

Cheers.

Adrian.

Skud Missiles R Us?

Something without the skoda name might survive better - unsure how Skoda themselves would view people using their name...

would it not end up being ABT as they are as close to vw factory as you can get ..shame they charge audi prices....
