for some reason the wizard doesn't open...

The computer recognises the ross-tech usb - but when i manually try to get the device manager to search in the software downoad directory it says no driver can be found :(

Do you have a genuine cable? As only they can be updated.

Think the problem may be that I'm using 64bit os?

sorted - 64 bit driver hadn't installed - reinstalled and now up and running

Hi all, hoping for a bit of advice for for 2009 Mk2 Fabia 3 (1.9TDI). My gear shifts have been getting a bit harder recently, struggle to get into reverse and first (reverse is worse), but not all the time. The gear lever doesn't self centre to neutral like it should. There's no crunching when changing gears and I haven't noticed a difference in the clutch. Bit of searching on the forum came up with this for the linkages: https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/

We bought our Scala Monte Carlo Edition 1.5 tsi back in December and from late January it has had both mechanical problems and electronic gremlins. The mechanical problem have mostly been sorted, new rear discs and pads that were making noises like a wheel bearing was rumbling, the gearbox has had a software update and a reset (it's still not perfect). And the road noise is just the high dB tyres and lack of sound insulation. The electronic gremlins were put down to a failing 12v battery which

Dear Experts , I am trying to analyse the basics checks of AIrbag issue ( will NOT use any multimeter ) so trying to see if all wiring is intact and no loose connection. Can anybody please advice if I am missing anything as I am seeing only just 1 airbag connector under seat rest 2 connectors as mentioned in video is missing even though same bracket exists as shown in video , also please advice I also don't see any extra cable connecting to ground terminal of my fabia mk2 . Hi, Partner acquired this 2023 1.0 Fabia last year. So far, the resistor pack for the fan has packed (!) up and the actuator for the fuel flap needed replacing. These were done under warranty. She's had the car back from its MOT and warranty work and now there's a light on the dash saying "check brake lights." The light on the nearside is out and there's only one reversing light, on the offside. Are the rear lights all LED? No bulb I can change? If it is a bulb, how do I get to it? Are th

Hi. I have a Fabia 3 estate with an issue with the rear windscreen wash. It doesn’t work - I can hear the motor working and it’s leaking inside somewhere so is probably just a simple disconnect from the tubing. How do I access this point ? Is it hidden within the high level brake light ? (I think this is the case but have no idea how to access it to put it back together. ) I’ve tried searching the forum but can’t see this question answered within it. Thanks.
