MK3 Octavia

Featured Replies

I found a vid on the tube of a car called the mission L, is the best look at what the next octavia is going to be, or is this another skoda altogether.

lol you do realise you can put vid in here I cannot see one called "the mission L" on youtube but there are tons of vids with mission L in name. Mission L as I understood it is not an Octavia but a new one to fit between Fabia and Octavia and Vision D was Octavia future? I am confused now.

Yeah, thats what Auto Express said too. It's supposed to be on a stretched Polo platform, which they said "allowed the next Octavia to be bigger" I'm guessing the are keen to narrow the jump to the superb. Have to say though that I liked the look of it!

yea I liked the AutoExpress vids the tablet idea is spot on that could be the future for all cars multi fit frames to allow all diff ones in would rule!

It'll be interesting to see if Skoda have anything extra than the Citigo at Geneva 2012 - We'll know Tuesday if the European Rapid will be there...would be nice to see Octavia 3 at the Paris show in the Autumn but it seems to be unlikely until next year.

I just seen that spoiler move on the vision d.

They got the Rapid model too but thats only for India,

Do like the Mission L though

Isn't the Rapid based on some odd-ball VW that is - again - only for India?

From what I can gather the Mission L is between the Fabia and the Octavia, I also believe this will be called "Felicia"

The Vision D is based on the new Ocatvia 3.

This is where I am confused

Is the Felicia sized between the Fabia and the Current Octavia or the Octavia 3 as the 3 is going to be bigger which in my view could make the Felicia close the the Mk2 Octy size.

I must admit I do like the Mission L and would be anxious to see a vRS model
