To the Skoda Ocatavia II owners in Ireland

Featured Replies

Hello

Im just wondering is there anybody on here in the Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare area that has a face lifted Skoda Octavia 1.8 TSI car ??

Any takers at all, even for the whole of Ireland : ))

I would say you could be hard pushed to find one. When I was buying my vRS I enquired about one from 3 dealers and they all said they had never sold one. Maybe if you rang a few dealers they may assist you by telling you if they ever sold one or not?

dealers should be able to check stock at other dealers across Ireland for used cars etc

Vectra and Fubar, Thanks, as usual :)

Vectra, so you did half consider a 1.8 TSI ?

Well, I wouldn't say Considered.

I had my heart set on a vRS but I was curious so wanted to see one in the flesh

Did you consider the petrol VRS ?

No,

It was always going to be a Diesel.

Easier to re-sell

Fair enough Vectra.

Suppose the way things are going in Ireland, relatively big engine petrols are not looking good as regards resale.......
