Boost gauges

Featured Replies

I've got 3 prosport gauges wired in mate. It doesn't matter if it's mech or electrical. The mech is easier to plumb in but the needle bounces on idle. The elec one doesn't.

Ah sweet thanks very much for that :D How do you rate the Prosport gauages?I know the Scooby lad's use them a lot, they are kinda a sensible man's version of a Defi gauge,

Think I will order myself a cheap pillar pod and get fibreglassing and smoothing it into my A pillar

Rate them highly mate. I have an a pillar with a holder on it for sale if interested. Saves you stuffing up the one in your car. Pm me if interested

I had a Autometer Phantom boost gauge in my old car, lovely looking gauges, but not that suitable for the Fabia lol.

Must admit those vent gauge holders have got me thinking more on a boost gauge tbh.

Yeah, I have cable ties onit at the moment but still bounces slightly on idle.

Try a slim cigarette filter ;) does the job!!

What's the pillar pod like you any pic's of it?I've already bought a new trim panel as it was only £14 quid from TPS so not too fussed about ruining one, but if the hard work is already done :p

I have a Stack boost & oil temp gauge in my vRS, not sure what they are like TBH. Centre dash heater converted to suit, i'll post some pics up tomorrow. Got Defi gauges & controller in my Impreza as they are IMO the best on the market and are less than 1 psi out.
