I have been searching but to no avail, want a decent company to remap my car, would of liked shark but they are a bit of a hike away, anyone had a remap from this area? and how much did it cost? pm if better

Honestly drive down to Ben @ Shark. I can point you in the direction of 2-3 local re-mappers but i'd not actually be doing you a favour.

if your not wanting to travel down to shark you can always get their self tuning system, that's how i done mine. you just download the current map of your car and send it to shark. then a few days later your you receive your new map for your car. you then just flash the new map onto the car and enjoy.

I think with something like this (after thinking about it) its worth getting the best you can, drive or no drive, might well take up the sts system, shame its 150 on top though

yeah it can be quite expensive, i only done mine that way as it was part of a group buy in june last year so i got the sts unit for free. it may be best trying to pick up a pre-owned sts system from fleabay and contacting shark to see what they say

It's worth the drive, google says it's 2hrs 30 from Newcastle, it's never taken me that long Set off early morning and you're back in time for lunch, it's got to be worth a £150 saving.

I've not used him, but only know him through Rallycross, as he runs an Ibiza, Golf and a diesel TT.

dpm performance in durham did mine. cost about £200. theyre site sponsers of briskoda. the guys name is damien, he knows what hes talking about. mine been done over a year now and still nice and smooth with no smoke.
