I got mine from the US site as it was a bit cheaper on shipping for me. Application is pretty straightforward. I took the indicators out and did them on a workbench as they're dead easy to remove. Did the headlights in place.

Man you car looks the business! And the headlights really make it look aggressive! What level of tint did you use? Subtle tint?

Is there enough on a sheet to allow for a fudge up

Have you done the rears to bud

I bought one of the standard sized sheets, 20" by 8" if I recall. It was just enough with hardly any spare. Definitely no room for a fudge up.

I left the rears alone, I like them as they are on my red car.

Ok bud, i'll ask my patient artisty friend lol was it easy to get a non bubbly finish? Do u wet the lights 1st? Or do they give an advice sheets

They list 18x8 bud is that the 1? Or 12x20

lol or a 12x24 upto 28 maybe thats the say to go hehe

Just checked and it was 12x24" that I got

12x28 it is then lol :)

Whats ur grille bud? Is it sprayed or wrapped

Im still tempted for some wrapping here n there, seeing its not perminant im even more tempted

Hi have just done my sons vrs!! He ordered 12x24 was just enough. I might even do my vrs!! lol

My son painted his grill black first!! but kept cracking so he wrapped it!! I have also wrapped mine

easy to do!!

Easy to everyday folk you mean lol

Im ****e and a perfectionist which puts me off trying :( if it dont look oem tidy it drives me nuts lol i have issues

Looking online it seems the chrone grille surround comes of does it??

I had FlyEyes on a for a few weeks, but took them off as it dimmed the output too much

Dimming wouldnt be so bad as i have a hid kit

Could solve another issue

I did my headlights the other weekend and its really easy stuff to work with . Me and my dad did them and it does help with an extra pair of hands !! . I ordered the biggest one they do and had enough left to do one indicator more . Its really sticky stuff so no worries there about it coming off . Ill post pictures up at the weekend of mine .

Yes the chrome grill does come off .

Watch out though, Lamin-X state on their website in the small print "For offroad use only" its to cover their backs for when you fail the UK MOT test. Any film which reduces the light output on front or rear is now an instant fail if the tester believes the light output to have been reduced.

Bloody everything is for off road these days lol

Im going to get a range rover lol

I have a friendly mot dude :) also good

Cheers for the info nick :)

I split my headlights open and sprayed the surrounds and then glued them back together, been through 2 mot's like this

Easier option is to get headlight protectors and spray/laminate the back surface before fitting.

Then they can be removed if not liked.

Hehe ordered my subtle tint rob :) i went for 12"x28" lol i thoughy juuuust in case

Im planning on taking the headlights and indicators in house and do them in the warm and also mite be easier ???? I hope i dont fudge it :(

Im trying to do some more bits myself :)

I need to start being braver ...... Maybe i could slowly build up to trying to pull off my turno hahahaha

No!!!!
