Having found a link to Hortons Skoda on this site I ordered some parts for my Fabia 2 as well as some Console Bush related lubricant and bolts. Arrived correct and to price within 2 days. Can't fault this as well as Rob's cheerful and helpful attitude - try them, you may be as pleased as me!

Well this should be common practise. you shouldnt be suprised because we did our job correctly.. it seems there are alot of skoda dealers that need their staff training :think:

Yes i agree this should be standard practice really and what you should expect. You must of had bad experiences in the past if this surprises you?

No dig at you Kie buddy, ive only had my vRS 3 weeks and when i bought it i went through alot of hassle with the dealer and im still picking up the pieces today, not your branch though buddy

lol as i said it seems as though these people at these dealers dont realy have any ambition or enthusiasm for the job they are in, do us all a favour and go get a job somewere els were youll fit in nicely with your low insentive to do anything, oh hang on mcdonalds are employing i bet they would fit in nicely with all the other helpful collegues
