An update on this, I have my Columbus Fitted at Autotronics in Leicester and it had,

-Crap radio reception

-No parking or climate display

-Switched itself onj and off

Autotronics could not fix any of it and then kerbed my alloys. Keep well clear of this outfit, they are a bunch of lying robbing Bar stools who never return your calls.

thank, I'll have a look at the aerial amp, and I feel truely chasticed for even considering looking at the parking sensor display, I just love my in car tech and gadgets!!!!

I have the old stream back in at the moment, I don't have the until any more as they have kept it after it went pop, and my car still smells of the buring smell from it.

To make matters worse, they have said I sabotaged it and won't give me my money back. Really!

I got a new unit fitted at last. Far better sounbd that the stream I had, but the sat nav is no where near as good as tom tom after a few run down south and to France

Would have gone for the bolero in hindsight.
