Need Help Here

Hello folks

I am facing some problem with the leaving home feature of the car. Sometimes the lights don't come ON when I press unlock button on the key, then I have to press it again(twice) to get the lights ON. It happens once roughly in every 10 times mostly after long halts. I have scanned the entire car through VCDS but found nothing. I even disabled CH & LH function through VCDS followed by disconnecting the battery for couple of minutes to reset everything, and then enabling LH & CH function along with clearing all the DTCs through VCDS. But there is no change, it still behaves the same. Is this the normal behavior of the car?, do I have to press the unlock button twice every time when the lights don't turn ON by pressing it once? . Any help would be appreciated.
