hi am hoping you can help have a notchy gearbox have just had the gearbox oil changed on my mk1 octy vrs abd been told replacing the dogbone mount may help solve the problem so am looking to get a powerflex one but have no idea where to look i no my nsf and osf wishbone arms rear bushes are split and seperated so i am hoping to get all done at the same time is there an upgrade to the bushes as well can someone help steer me in the right direction all help would be much appreciated

I believe that euro car parts are a power flex dealer, I got rear bottom arm bushes just under £40 from my mate who works in a garage and he fitted them for me to. Google euro car parts

From personal experience I would not use Powerflex.

SuperPro are far better in terms of quality, fitment and durability.

try Halo Performance too mate, they doing free shipping too on bushes and theye are the cheapest I have found for the castor bushes for the R32,TT,LCR,S3 front end setup.
