Mazda MX-5 For Sale - 1.8i NB (Mk 2)

Featured Replies

NOW SOLD, Thanks for looking.

I Thought about selling it last year, but was not really serious about it, but now I have to sell it due to the cost of building work the wife want's doing. I really wish I could keep it, but I am short of the total for the work and so something has to go.

It's a 1999 Mark 2 - NB, and there may be "prettier" ones available, but this is one of the the most mechanically sorted you will find, and crucially NO ROT!! I will get some detailed pictures up at the weekend and link them back into the thread.

It will have a 12 month MOT and the Balance of the Road Tax (Currently Expires End September 2012)

It's a 13 year old car, so it's not showroom, but the paintwork is in great condition save for a tiny bit of bubbling (no rust) on the bonnet which has been touched in, it starts first turn of the key, has no smoke, sound oil pressure and has been maintained regardless of cost. I have owned it for 2 years and it It was bought from another Briskoda Member. I have receipts, Service book, Owners manual etc along with it's previous MOT history. It has had 3 former keepers including myself. A lady from Stockton Heath in Warrington, Pete (aka Pete8tch), and Myself. there will be things that it has that I have forgotten, but it's an accurate description of the car.

For the asking price, I will also include an ITG Maxogen Carbon Fibre Cold Air Induction Kit, Maf Housing and Pipework, all pretty much as new and retails for over £350, and is probably the best induction kit out there for them.

It's an honest straight car, and I am asking a fair price, there are plenty of rot boxes out there, bodged conversions, wonkey geo infested rat waggons, this is not one of those :-)

Price £2500

If interested please drop me a PM, or an Email at [email protected]

I will be posting more detailed pictures and close ups at the weekend, Please note the Plate will be Transferred, so not included with the sale.
