hi doing a head gasket on a mates fabia ive sent the head to be skimmed thus making the enging shorter but now i can find anything about valve clearence and also what is the torque for the rocker arm many thanks ali

The tappets are hydraulic but will still need the basic settings doing.

Iirc you wind the adjuster all the way down and then back 180 degrees then lock the adjuster off. Pretty sure the old rule of 9 works for which one to adjust.

The bolts that hold the rocket shaft down are 20nm I'm sure, been a while.
